The Image Noise Reduction LogiCORE™ IP provides a programmable smoothing function to reduce noise within each frame of video

The Xilinx Image Noise Reduction LogiCORE IP provides a real time filtering function that is edge adaptive to reduce the filter strength near edges to preserve edge sharpness. The filtering smoothes or reduces the noise present in a frame of video.
